- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
โ ๏ธ Opened or used Shilajit jars cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is defective.

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
