✅ Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

⚠️ Opened or used Shilajit jars cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is defective.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for:

• Damaged or broken packaging upon arrival
• Wrong product sent
• Manufacturing defects

To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@pureshilajitpower.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product issue
• A brief explanation

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened products
• Products purchased more than 14 days ago
• Items without proof of purchase
